How to build muscle? So many people want to know this. As a matter of fact as trainer this is one of the questions I get every single day.

Problem is that almost everybody normally asks a bulking workout, a muscle building schedule … truth to be told is that is not about your workout (giving for granted that your blast your a** at the gym and you get good rest) but about your nutrition.

You wanna gain weight: you must eat more, you wanna cut: you must eat less … but how to do it correctly?
